Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions (Pro, Pro+, Team)

All sales are final. No refunds for cancellation. When you cancel, you keep full access to Veil through the end of your current billing period — but we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time, and we do not refund previous billing periods after the fact.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription will not renew, and access ends on the next renewal date.

Lifetime ($99)

Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. Once activated, the license is yours to keep forever.

Exceptions

We will refund any duplicate charge, accidental purchase made within 24 hours and before any meaningful usage, or charges that result from a clear billing error on our side. Email refunds@veilfox.com with your order number. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you believe a charge is wrong. Disputing a charge before reaching out will result in your account being suspended pending resolution, and we will provide our records to your card issuer.
