Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions (Pro, Pro+, Team)

Full refund within 14 days of first purchase. After 14 days, cancel anytime — no prorated refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of your billing period.

Lifetime ($99)

Full refund within 30 days AND fewer than 100 LLM API calls. This protects against abuse while giving you a fair trial. After the 30-day window or heavy usage, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Team plans

Refundable for 7 days from purchase. After 7 days, prorated refunds at our discretion.

How to request

Email refunds@veilfox.com with your order number. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We ask you to reach out to support before issuing a chargeback.
